Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-12

Scope

This policy covers the public website trausto.com. Use of the platform app.trausto.com is governed by separate information provided with the contract; what data the platform processes and what of it is readable to us is set out item by item in the disclosure in the security model.

1. Controller

RiskZone GmbH, Schützenweidstrasse 4, 6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland. Contact: info@trausto.com.

2. Data collected

When you visit this website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, browser/user-agent, and access time. We do not use cookies, tracking, profiling — or web analytics: the pages we serve contain no analytics script, and the Content-Security-Policy of this website would not let one load from a third-party analytics host. Language selection is based on the Accept-Language header.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing is used to provide and secure the website and to serve the requested language version. For Switzerland, processing follows the principles of the nDSG. For EU/EEA visitors, the legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes data partly as a processor and partly as an independent controller where required for global CDN delivery and security. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data is not shared with third parties except where required for technical delivery through Cloudflare and for the services used by the contact form.

6. Contact form

The contact form uses Cloudflare Workers and sends messages via Resend. Processed data includes name, email address, optional company, message, IP address for spam protection and rate limiting, and a request timestamp. Please do not submit confidential or particularly sensitive information through the form.

7. Retention period

Cloudflare anonymizes server logs after a maximum of 24 hours. Rate-limiting data is deleted after a maximum of one hour. Turnstile data is not permanently stored.

8. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability under GDPR and nDSG. Contact for privacy inquiries: info@trausto.com.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses HTTPS with TLS 1.3 throughout, with fallback to TLS 1.2 for older clients.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy if legal requirements, infrastructure, or website features change. The current version is available at /en/privacy.
